Wednesday, Sept 23 @ 6:30PM: Tiny Miss, Little Miss, Petite Miss
Thursday, Sept 24 @ 6:30PM: Jr Miss, Teen Miss, Miss
Mandatory Rehearsal: Saturday, Sept 19 @ 1PM (Varner Building)
General Information
- Contestants must be a resident or student from one of the five counties or a VA Longwood student.
- Each contestant must have a sponsor (business, organization, or family member).
- Entry fees are non-refundable.
- Contestants must arrive on time and be ready to begin.
- Miss division interviews will be held at 12PM in the Varner Building.
Optional Contests & Awards
Photo Contest
- $10 entry fee (optional, non-refundable)
- 8x10 headshot required (printed + emailed)
- Winner in each age group receives a trophy and cash prize
People's Choice Award
- $1 per vote donation
- Top vote-getter in each age group wins cash and trophy
Spirit of Pageantry Award
Awarded to one contestant per group (Jr Miss & up) chosen by judges.
Miss Congeniality Award
Chosen by fellow contestants (Jr Miss & up) for friendliness and positivity.
Divisions
- Tiny Miss (Ages 2–4): Cupcake/doll-style gown, one escort allowed
- Little Miss (Ages 5–6): Pageant gown
- Petite Miss (Ages 7–9): Pageant dress
- Jr Miss (Ages 10–12): Pageant dress
- Teen Miss (Ages 13–15): Pageant gown
- Miss (Ages 16–22): Formal evening gown
Awards
- Each division winner receives a 24” trophy, sash, and tiara
- 1st runner-up receives an 18” trophy
- 2nd runner-up receives a 12” trophy
- All other contestants receive a participation trophy
- Miss Division: $100 prize + paid state pageant entry + hotel stay
Important Notes
- Registration deadline: September 1 (no exceptions)
- No refunds on entry fees
- Dressing rooms are restricted during the event
- One vehicle per contestant allowed entry through Lower Gate
