Section I - Youth Flower Show
Rules
- Exhibits must be entered by an individual.
- Specimens must be grown by the exhibitor and displayed in plastic bottles.
- All flowers must be fresh (no artificial flowers).
- The Fair Association reserves the right to move exhibits as needed.
- Chrysanthemums must be displayed as a spray.
- Single dahlias have one row of petals; double dahlias have two or more rows.
- Collections must include three blooms of the same species in one container.
